Phronesis Register License v1.0

1. What this covers. This license applies to the records, scores, legends, summaries and pages that Phronesis publishes on its public register at phronesisintel.com and api.phronesisintel.com ("Published Records"). It does not apply to Decision Assets minted at a customer's request, which are governed by the customer's terms and that record's data_rights, nor to use of the Phronesis API, which is governed by the Terms of Service.

2. What you may do, free of charge, with attribution. You may (a) read Published Records; (b) quote any single Published Record in full and quote or excerpt Published Records in any work, with attribution; (c) cite and link to Published Records; (d) index Published Records for search and use them in search results and in AI-generated answers, with attribution; and (e) use Published Records to train, fine-tune or evaluate machine-learning models, with attribution in your model documentation or data statement, for so long as the machine-readable license declaration published with this register states that such use is permitted. Phronesis may change that declaration at any time for future use.

3. Attribution. Attribution means: "Phronesis (phronesisintel.com), record {record_id}", with a link to the record page where a link is possible. For models, attribution means naming the Phronesis register and the declaration version in the model's documentation or data statement.

4. What you may not do without a written license from Phronesis. You may not (a) copy, mirror or redistribute the register or any substantial part of it; (b) compile Published Records into a dataset for distribution, sale or licensing; (c) build, train or offer a scoring, ranking, calibration or repackaging product or service that is derived from Published Records; (d) remove, alter or obscure attribution, record identifiers, anchors, receipts or legends; or (e) present any number derived from Published Records as a Phronesis score, or use the PHRONESIS name or marks beyond factual attribution. Dataset, benchmark, derivative-product and bulk licenses are available by agreement: [email protected].

5. Facts. Nothing in this license restricts the use of facts as such. The values, dates and outcomes stated in a Published Record are facts. Phronesis claims rights in its expression — its sentences, legends, summaries and scores as computed under its published method — and in the register as a compilation.

6. Anchors and verification. Published Records carry cryptographic anchors and a verification path that anyone may run. A copy is not an original: a Phronesis receipt resolves only at phronesisintel.com, and this license grants no right to issue receipts or to represent any copy or derivative as verified by Phronesis.

7. Term and changes. This license applies to a Published Record for as long as Phronesis publishes it under this license. Phronesis may publish a new version of this license or change the machine-readable declaration for future use; a copy lawfully made under an earlier version keeps the rights granted to that copy.

8. No warranty; no advice. Published Records are records of what was stated, when, under which frozen rule, and how it resolved. They are provided as-is for information. They are not advice, and Phronesis makes no warranty about them beyond the verification path they carry. The limitations in the Terms of Service apply.

9. Marks. PHRONESIS and the Phronesis marks are trademarks used by Sustainable Finance Partners, LLC under license. Nothing here grants any right in them except factual attribution.

10. Governing law. Colorado law governs, consistent with the Terms of Service.
